Marketing Coordinator

Our Marketing Coordinator will be based 5 days a week at our head office
Key Accountabilities:
- Plan, develop and implement strategic marketing strategies and activities, including public relations, digital marketing and building capacity to support the organisation promote and achieve its strategic priorities
- Lead the development, implementation and integrity of a cohesive and consistent Social Futures brand, supported by strong brand architecture and guidelines, to ensure all marketing strategies contribute to organisational objectives and meet the requirements of funding agencies
- Provide effective leadership to the Marketing team to ensure delivery of a comprehensive suite of customer focused services including supporting the organisation in Brand and Engagement systems and processes
- Oversee and be responsible for the marketing for in stores, our online platforms, and social media.
- Develop, implement and manage the internal communication program to build workforce unity, promote information sharing, support the development of a positive workplace culture and achieve organisational goals and priorities
- Develop and implement a consistent and coordinated stakeholder engagement approach to nurture and enhance key stakeholder relationships
- Assess and anticipate public opinion on issues relating to the organisation and its key priorities by maintaining an awareness of economic, social and political trends that may affect its reputation or brand, to better manage and mitigate reputational and brand risk and positioning
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product rollouts
- Work closely with sales teams to develop and implement trade marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement systems to collect, monitor and report on internal and external brand, engagement and communications activities to improve performance and impact
The Successful Applicant
· 3+ years solid marketing experience in beauty industry, counter brands experience.
· Familiar with Retail Stores
· Strong understanding of the beauty industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
· Ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Results-oriented with a track record of achieving marketing and business objectives.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
· Growth mindset with high learning agility and flexibility as well as embrace new changes

W Cosmetics is a one-stop beauty product retailer, which aim to bring Japanese and Korean fashion to the Australian market. Now based on the existing 28 stores, W cosmetics has spanned across 5 states with more exciting growth to come.
We are currently looking for a passionate, experienced accountant to join our team.
Job Description
- Processing and create Purchase Order when goods received from suppliers, liaising with warehouse making sure the correct quantity and amount.
- Processing packing list per store location on a daily basis.
- Recording payable invoices up to Xero, monitoring each invoice when it falls due and arrange payments, accordingly, supervising daily operations within the scope of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including maintenance of the general ledger and reconciliation of accounts.
- Checking Aged Accounts Payables and aged receivables between Group entities.
- For international purchases, monitoring and checking the correct exchange rate is applied when bank reconciliation.
- Collaborate with accounts and finance managers to ensure smooth running of an organization’s accounts department.
- Prepare tax returns, work independently on bookkeeping and account reconciliations, and handle staff expense reimbursement,
- Liasing with external accountants preparing for income tax return for the group.
- Supporting senior accountants and the finance team generally.
- Monitoring the renewal date for public insurance, ASIC renewal, work cover, vehicle insurance and vehicle registration for the group entities.
- Helping with ad hoc whenever requested by the manager.
- Responsible with fixed asset maintenance
- Assist with payroll preparation when it requires
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable when it requires
- Assist with Bank Reconciliation when it requires
- Assist with General Manager financial reporting when it requires
The successful candidate will possess:
- At least 2 years accountant experiences, experienced in international logistic/ Retail/ E-Commerce industry is a plus
- Advanced understanding of Xero, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills, time management skills
- Excellent written, verbal and personal communication skills
- Chinese speaking is a plus but not essential
- Self-motivation, punctuality and reliability

Your expertise will drive inventory management and markdown strategies, enhancing sales, profitability, and inventory targets.
Additionally, you'll provide in-depth financial projections and strategies during the season, identifying risks and opportunities to maximize profitability while guiding store allocators to meet their objectives effectively.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Elevate customer satisfaction and uphold the W Cosmetics concept by delivering exceptional product experiences.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint market opportunities in Australia, optimizing sales while bolstering customer satisfaction.
· Develop comprehensive weekly financial plans for sales, gross margin, and inventory, aligning with business growth objectives.
· Devise pricing strategies that amplify sales and gross profit, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
· Continuously reassess business performance based on current beauty trends, presenting refined projections and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
· Create allocation strategies that synchronize with merchandise plans and flow strategies to fulfill inventory needs across stores.
· Strategically plan product assortments for each category to maximize sales and oversee replenishment plans.
· Coordinate seasonal and replenishment product buys while maintaining optimal stock levels.
· Foster close collaboration with cross-functional departments, including Marketing and Store Operations, to align product strategies for success.
· Solicit feedback from customers and store staff, identifying fresh opportunities and ensuring an appropriate product lineup.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
